Thanks, George. Just stating my opinion as I have been doing on this forum since I opened it in the spring of 2004. 
The capital expenditures don’t show up so much on paper because they are depreciated. Hmmm. The depreciation shows up as real dollars you owe OPA in your assessment.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Thank you for saying this. I never thought the numbers added up. I would hear how much money the Yacht club was making for the community but I just couldn’t see it. Also there have been a number of large capital expenditures. The capital expenditures don’t show up so much on paper because they are depreciated. |
