My understanding is if we cancel now Ortt gets $75K but if we let them stay until April and the YC is closed until then they would not receive a severance payment, correct?
If the YC stays closed until April they won't be doing any business so they won't earn any money, correct? What am I missing? Thanks |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Ortt knows 100% they are out, they also know the YC is closed for the season so maybe, just maybe they would accept a buyout of $25K rather than wait until April when they walk away with zero? The old saying is "you never know unless you ask"! Walk away with zero? What are you talking about? |
