More recently there is the board allowing the open burning of wood in fire pits. It is a major mistake that makes the DRs useless since the board can grant exceptions for anything it desires. 

Board members voted for open burning of wood because a number of board members wanted to burn wood in their fire pits. How do I lknow this? I asked board members just after the meeting closed when they approved open burning of wood.
