| I'll "throw it" back to you. Pennington Commons is not in OP. I realize that it's a bit of a walk over here but stroll around some of the not so small completely cleared lots. These are the result of longtime developer indifference to the community guidelines and complete indifference by the authorities in enforcing those guidelines (DRs). That's why "people care". It's pretty basic to want regulations adhered to in a well ordered society. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I'll throw this out there: why do people care if a property owner clears her/his lot? The lots are small in OP and the overall affect is near zero. I built across the street and cleared probably 90% of my trees. No one seemed to care in my neighborhood. |
