Maybe it's the new "Violation of the Year"? If you go on line to Home Depot they have a white lattice fence that is "L" shaped with legs that drive into the ground. It will shield the view from the street as well as the neighbor next door.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: They got me as well. My tank is behind my chimney chase. There is a tree in the way of view as well. With the leaves off the tree and if you walk past house to just the right angle you could see about one third of the tank. Been this way for 24 years. CPI should be proud of taking down such a blatant unsightly injustice in the Pines.
