For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Yes. How can they charge anyone without knowing the cause? Paul, put your thinking cap on. Even if the State determined the birds were poisoned there would need to be proof that they were poisoned by OPA. The Facebook post is just typical Facebook nonsense -- accusing OPA of a criminal act with zero evidence the birds were poisoned or, if they were, that OPA did it. |
