For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Has it been determined what killed the birds? I have not seen the report. The state took birds to check the cause of death. Regardless, charging OPA with a criminal offense of poisioning birds is ridiculous, and unfortunately, the sort of nonsense posted to Facebook far too frequently. |
