If I recall correctly, Stuart Lakernick, now OPA president, was always totally opposed to any restrictions on short-term rentals.
I suspect it is an issue the Board would just prefer putting off as it is a difficult issue to deal with and there have been few serious impacts to date. That could be a mistake if ignored too long. |
