So Ocean Pines (residents) get penalized because we have one of the most efficient processing plants in the state? Other communities that tie into our plant should incur the full cost without causing any cost increase to Ocean Pines.
I'd agree. We already pay quite expensive water and sewage bills. And these days many personal budgets are already stretched very tightly. |
