On October 9, 2024 I wrote the Board and included photos of wastewater trucks on Beauchamp Road dripping wastewater down the entire length of the road. This is what I consider a health hazard.
I assume you also contacted the County, so what was their response? |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: If Elaine Brady is actually determined to protect Ocean Pines regarding this that is a welcomed new development. I have written the Board regarding protecting OP's interests many multiple times. Elaine Brady has been the only Director to respond; however, it has been to say "Wastewater is handled by the county not Ocean Pine. The ‘Ocean Pines’ waste station is owned by the county and not operated or maintained by OP." On October 9, 2024 I wrote the Board and included photos of wastewater trucks on Beauchamp Road dripping wastewater down the entire length of the road. This is what I consider a health hazard. Ocean Pines homes are along Beauchamp Road. Once again, Ms. Brady's response was "Wastewater is handled by the county not Ocean Pine. The ‘Ocean Pines’ waste station is owned by the county and not operated or maintained by OP." While this statement is true, it certainly didn't seem like any Directors were interested or determined to fix the situation. Now that millions of dollars are at play, perhaps the Board can advocate for property owners. |
