I have no idea but my hope is the meeting will be closed to discuss a legal matter. “The best defense is a strong offense”. I think we have a strong case against any dollars lost by ratepayers caused by the broken rake incident that occurred on the county watch. What is good for Riddle Farm should be good for us. Marty |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Thanks, Linda. I know it is not your call, but why would an issue related to county water and wastewater be eligible for a closed session under the HOA Act? What section of the Act is the board president claiming to justify a closed session, as required? |
