By now you guess that I ain't going to leave this rest. I'm surprised just because it's an area of water and dirt that some people don't think it's the same as seawater or Rivers. Matter of fact write down through the forest there is a river. I have included some information for the people that aren't interested what's on the internet. Again just like the ocean whoever disturbs this area impacts the wildlife that also travels through Ocean Pines. Anytime somebody's starting building in this country there's a process as to ensure everything's done right and nobody's impacted. Unless somebody wants to look the other way for development sake. For the people that read this and say they already are aware of this information then maybe they're looking the other way!? After all just because it isn't part of Ocean Pines it's still your community. Ie; Wetland designation refers to the process of formally identifying and classifying an area as a wetland, typically for regulatory, conservation, or scientific purposes. This process involves assessing specific characteristics, such as hydrology, soils, and vegetation, to determine if an area meets the criteria of a wetland.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: We know that. I think I stated that trees fell and OP said it wasn't OP when I contacted them. It shouldn't matter anyway. This is a environmental concern that will impact the wildlife in this OP area.being in an ocean county the environmental concern should be no diff that the rest of the water concerns in this part of state. Anyway, the guestion is where is a meeting of the community to see that all the area is protected and as I said in my post we should be able to see all paperwork. Again, anytime there is a change in development, all parties should say. . No different than when a developer in OC is building. All people in that area are involved. And these people have no ownership in those properties, just like OP has no ownership in thie property in question. And at foremost, those development plans in OC do include a lot of environmental questions. Should OP residents be not concerned and involved. In the wind turbine issue, even though OP doesn't own the property. Every piece of land and sea developed I just mentioned is everyone's environmental concern as it should be.i thank you for the opportunity to say more on this and your statement proves again, some of the closed mindedness of some Can I ad the recent " environmental" concerns of the leaf issue. No matter either side of issue, there are leaves all over these forested areas and one of OP concern is potential of fire. In that issue OP doesn't seem to mine to include non OP property in there ordinance. T. Martucci |
