I live at 88 Camelot behind our house borders the forest. Somebody else owns the land in that forest and all the sudden stakes went up with flags. 

My concern is that whoever allowed that aren't looking the other way because that's a wetlands and I want to see the paper work on approval.

Also what they determined is wet lands .

Could be even a watershed.

emailed about 10 members of the association and different departments I sent to.

I live at 88 Camelot circle the woods are behind me I've been here over 12 years. I was back in the woods and I see a red post with a flag about a hundred yards away from my property.
They weren't there the other month. I wasn't here in a while.
I'm aware somebody else owns the property, my neighbor when he bought a couple years ago says they have to be 100 yards away.
The problem is if anybody says that area isn't a wetlands I'll call the lawyer. And we'll find out. I worked for the state of Pennsylvania and I know what a wetlands is. They're just going to have to move further down the road into the forest away from the wetlands.
I'm a preemptive soul , if you are not interested in helping me and all the neighbors I talked to, then please give me a state department number.
Also I would appreciate the county's numbers that would deal with this.

wondering why we weren't notified like most communities are or was posted in the paper that there was going to be development. 

I think there should be discussions so we know what's going on I'd like to see all the paperwork of the approvals who's determining what wet lands and what isn't. 

We got the frogs turtles snakes all coming into the property under the shed and stuff and I put the frogs and turtles back in the wet sections the deer use the water obviously and the floral and fauna.

Over the years I had two trees big trees come on my property from that land and when I called the association they had nothing to do with it,.

Had to cut them up myself or hire somebody.

They said because it wasn't on Ocean Pines property had nothing to do with it  couldn't even get a number out of them so I don't expect much from them
