Hi Thomas. Looking at a map, there is a rather large forested area behind your home, extending to near Gum Point Road.
Based solely on your forum post, all you know thus far is that "all the sudden stakes went up with flags." I suggest your first step should be to contact Worcester County and find out if there is any proposed development in that wooded area. Contact: Jennifer Keener If she can't help you directly, she can advise you whom to contact. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I live at 88 Camelot behind our house borders the forest. Somebody else owns the land in that forest and all the sudden stakes went up with flags. My concern is that whoever allowed that aren't looking the other way because that's a wetlands and I want to see the paper work on approval. Also what they determined is wet lands . Could be even a watershed. emailed about 10 members of the association and different departments I sent to. This is what I sent the board etc; Afternoon Thomas Martucci Above is what I sent them wondering why we weren't notified like most communities are or was posted in the paper that there was going to be development. I think there should be discussions so we know what's going on I'd like to see all the paperwork of the approvals who's determining what wet lands and what isn't. We got the frogs turtles snakes all coming into the property under the shed and stuff and I put the frogs and turtles back in the wet sections the deer use the water obviously and the floral and fauna. PS Over the years I had two trees big trees come on my property from that land and when I called the association they had nothing to do with it,. Had to cut them up myself or hire somebody. They said because it wasn't on Ocean Pines property had nothing to do with it couldn't even get a number out of them so I don't expect much from them |
