"If the special assessment number is false it is a scare tactic" Since the figure attributed to Dan is $4,125,000.00 his statement is clearly false and thus a "scare tactic". For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Where is Jack and his "scare tactics" complaint. If the special assessment number is false it is a scare tactic, if the number is accurate it is a fact to be considered by anyone making a decision on this issue. |
