In government contracting the builder... Last time I checked this is not government contracting. What seems shocking if Blades ordered the steel after siging a contract with the OPA? Thats what the contract is for. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Maybe Marty thought smarter heads would prevail prior to signing the contract. I do not agree about the builder reselling the building. Really nothing for them to loose. I also wonder if we told them to order the materials or they did it mon their own to avoid a price increase? In government contracting the builder could only claim profit on work completed and work in process, not anticipatory profits. Anyway, I think the balloon is going to pop soon one way or another. |
