So what? My comments were not comparing ANY special assessment amount, rather a $500 per member special assessment. Call it what you like; makes no difference to me, as I was stating possibilities not probabilities. However, if OPA has to anti up one to two million in damages there well may be some people in the community who would go after the directors personally. Nothing surprises me any more -- I've attended too many board meetings.
