For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Reality is sometimes scary. To suggest a special assessment of $500 per lot in the event the CC is cancelled is a scare tactic because it is an unrealistic amount. To sugest there is some scenario where directors or those who might take this to court could be personally liable in some way is reality, and thus not a scare tactic in my view. |
