Section 5: OPA Board Subject: Community Center Contract Msg# 387596

Are you questioning whether there is a fully executed contract that is binding on OPA and Blades? Not having seen the contract I have no idea if it is executed or not. Do you? Since OPA refuses to show a lot owner the contract I thought I would ask for names of the individuals signing for the contracting parties and the dates signed. |
