Why would Mr. Olson show those two property owners the contract and withhold it from the rest of us?

Don't jump to conclusions. I do not personally know if Olson said he would show them the contract or if they were going to see the contract. Steen told me he was going to see it, but Olson may think they are only showing up to talk about seeing it.

I will try and remember to contact Olson and get his take on Monday morning.
