You hold yourself out as a non bias journalist and then say the above which you know is not true.Bud Esham, the president of the ESBIA has personally told you he did not know about, or sign the letter in question.

That has nothing to do with my comment that sparked the accusation above.

Marty, my comment was in response to what other media did or did not do with the letter. As far as they could see it was indeed on the builder association letterhead and signed by the president. What Esham told me has nothing to do with what other media knew or didn't know. Perhaps Esham should have had his secretary, or whoever signed the letter in his name, call all the local media instead of simply relying on Marvin to do so, the very guy who sent out the incorrect letter in the first place. It sure wasn't my responsibility. Do you know if Esham sent a letter to the Daily Times and other papers publishing the letter to explain what happened and post a letter of withdrawal notice and their position of no-position on the Community Center?

Ultimately the problem was caused by an employee mistake at ESHIA.

You are so anxious to be critical that you aren't thinking about the context of my response. I believe I have made perfectly clear what transpired with the letter, so you charge of my being biased is, in this case, totally without foundation.
