Rick, All logical points. But this is Delmarva and all is not always logical. As been evident around here, business is not always conducted in accordance with standard business practices either. Seeing is believing. Individuals need to get a grip on reality. With all the secrecy and spin from day one and continuing to this day, who knows what reality is in the Pines? Norm |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Mr. Olsen at his press conference stated that there is an arbitration clause but he did not know if it was binding. Is there anyone who actually believes that a corporation such as Blades is going to do any work, to include allegedly ordering steel, without having signed a legal contract with OPA? A legal contract which would compensate Blades if a cancellation or stoppage occurs as a result of action initiated by OPA? There is an arbitration clause but nobody knows if it was binding! Does anyone believe that Blades signs contracts without looking after their best interest? Individuals need to get a grip on reality. I don't think Blades does a $3.2M deal on a handshake or a verbal promise that "you can trust us." |
