In this instance Dan Stachurski is not hiding the contract. The decision to not provide the contract was made by Tom Olson, with the support of Glenn Duffy and reinforced by a legal opinion from Joe Moore that the contract was not covered by the HOA Act at this point in time.

Also, if I recall Stachurski's comments to you at the Town Hall meeting he at first said he would let you know when you could see it, and then qualified his comment with some words to the effect he would have to check and see if it was yet available to the public.

Any of that notwithstanding, Stachurski should have contacted you one way or the other as he said he would. No excuse whatsoever for not getting back to you.
