The 29,000 SF is not changeable at this point. It does include a gym. However, if you really are willing to spend in the $400 million range, I'm sure we could have a much more elaborate structure. For that kind of money we could put a dome over the entire South Gate pond area and have winter boating and fishing indoors; bowling alleys, a movie theater, three or four gyms; etc. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: my "parameters of the community center for which" i would vote "yes"? how about in the $400-450 mill range which would mean a smaller cc. i would like a new c.c. but do we really need 29,000 sq. ft. for meeting space? does that include a gym for the kiddies?
