Where is the extra money comming from that is over budget? The board president and Dan Stachurski have expressed confidence the sale of the commercial properties and the interior lots will cover the costs of the Community Center at $5.4 million. Obviously that cannot be verified at this point. The swimming pool cover that wasn't in the budget. The pool cover? etc.? Are we covering two pools?
