For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Don, If you were shopping for a new community right now, would you be interested in a place that has no place for community affairs? I wouldn't be interested. That is where Ocean Pines is at this point. We have a tumbled down, too small place that leaks like a sieve. Nancy |
