For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Don: I am always available for that. Unfortunately this is not about me. It is about the approximately one half of our membership that did not want a new community center for $3,900,000.00, much less $5,372,797.00. There are, I believe as does the board, way more than one half in opposition at this time. The easy way to find out and save money would be to have the referendum now. I hope this does not mean that you won't let me buy you a cold beer at the Yacht Club. Marty Clarke
