There is a fundamental difference bwtween your view and mine on the project: You are looking for ways to scuttle it; I'm looking for ways to accomplish it. Nothing wrong with either side; we simply look at the issue through different glasses. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Joe, Dan Stachurski have expressed confidence the sale of the commercial properties and the interior lots will cover the costs of the Community Center at $5.4 million. Obviously that cannot be verified at this point. It goes like this, " I have every confidence that.""......... It's one of those key phases that when I hear it, a big RED FLAG goes up, cause it usually means,I have nothing to back it up with but if I use this phase people will believe it. Go back and review the statements that have started like that. You will be amazed. |
