Gene I agree with you on the interior lots. Would you say the same about the 589 property? I have been opposed to the sale of this proeprty because it very well could be needed by the community twenty,thirty, forty years down the road.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Bill Why do you assume that if construction is stopped that real estate sales would continue? Why on earth should OPA NOT sell the interior lots as soon as possible? Why were these lots kept in OPA's inventory? The saleable interior lots that are owned by OPA should be sold regardless of the CC project. They constitute an annual cash outflow for OPA when, in fact, they can be easily converted to assessment paying lots by selling them. The whole idea that OPA has NOT sold these interior lots is yet another example of OPA's mismanagement of its assets. Thanks Gene
