Because they thought they could build it for that. Because they thought "that" was the amount the CO property and the residential lots would bring in when they sold. Remember it was suppose to be FREE. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Russ, Because they thought they could build it for that. They were wrong. No grand conspiracy, just some amateurism. My biggest problem is that it continues still today. However, I am not willing to waste at least $1 million and have nothing. It makes no sense to me. Tony |
