yes, i meant $400-450 million for a new community center.  what do you not understand about that?

i am happy to accommodate our youth with a gym.  i hope they will have basketball teams there as they do in a "Y"

i do know that the meeting space proposed does not come close to calculating the whole of the project.

what do you mean by STOP trying hard to get non-resident signatures?  our primary residence is not in ocean pines but we own property there and you can be sure i keep myself informed of what is going on there.  as an aside, we are going to change our primary residence to ocean pines before 2007.
