Marty The absolute minimum value of the land it will sit on $1,000,000.00 I respect your opposition to the CC, but how many more times are you going to post this absolutely insane notion that OPA should include as a cost of the project what you think the land might be worth as opposed to what OPA actually paid for the land? Do you really believe that by constantly repeating this goofy notion that somehow someone else will start to think it is a true cost like you do? Marty, you have raised some good points but this clearly is not one of the them. You should consider dropping this nutty land value cost concept as it may cause some folks to call into question the validity of other opposition "facts". Thanks Gene |
