Joe, My cost estimates do not have any reference to land value. Just what it will cost to build it. Over 6 Million dollars. My estimates are backed up in writing and /or verbal confirmation by SPN and DAL Soule. Note there are items I may not know about and items I do not have costs for. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Bill: Of course not. That said I must ask you if you thought it was anticipated $3.9 million + 38%? Those of us who were assessed the $2,250,000.00 to buy the Sports Core like to think of that as our money. Thats what we were told when we agreed to the referendum. You know as well as I do that this undertaking is going o break $6,000,000.00 easily and without the cost of the land. Marty |
