For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Joe, Do you think I will face the Code of Conduct again? The answer to your question it is , no ,to date I have not signed the petition. If and when I do will I tell you? Probably not. I am not on the STOP committee. Either way it really about the folks petitioning the board to request a referendum. I get free access to voice my opinion up front and personal to the board. You know how they value my opinion. This is the folks chance to be heard. I will do what I need to do. Janet Kelley
