| though i can understand why you think i voted yes for the c.c. referendum, i did not. however, upon thinking about a new c.c. i believe we need one - but not at the cost now proposed - about $6 or more milllion. i have already signed the petition for the c.c. to go to referendum again. opa members should have a voice in just how much we are willing to spend to get this thing off the ground. | ||||||
