JOE , you are correct in saying assuming the sale of the properties. hopefully the sale will cover the cost. why build a gymnasium without wood floors, and what about the kitchen, and now the gravel parking lot. all this to save money. that's my definition of stripped down. hopefully i'm wrong , but with nobody knowing anything but dan, i can only assume that the center will be built properly. hopefully i am wrong . russ | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Assuming the cost is covered by the sale of property, why is a $3.9 million building more beneficial than a $5.4 million building. Describing the building as "stripped down" is also a bit of a emotional pitch. |
