| There is also an issue of what can be discussed in private. If a director believes the board is discussing matters in private in violation of the HOA Act, that director should be honor-bound to make a public issue of the matter -- at least to the extent of a public accusation that the board is violating the HOA Act in the director's view. | ||||||
