For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Wood is not needed for a gym. The gym at the Community Church does not have wood. What is needed is an adequate resilient material. The kitchen is intact. In fact, I understand the bid for kitchen equipment came in under the estimated cost. The parking lot will be bid as macadam. Stachurski did suggest it might be wise to put off paving initially to see if the price drops. I don't agree with that idea as it could just as well rise. Thus, I'm not so sure the building is stripped down, even by your own definition. |
