I also read in the OC today that a questionable letter to encourage people not to sign a petition was withdrawn, did that letter go out to the folks? Or was it just to the newspapers. Why was that withdrawn. Perhaps if you read the forum more closely than OC Today you would know the answers to all of the above.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Marty, I just got a copy of the OC Today.It said you and Steen are going to work together to see what could be done then have a talk with OPA officals.
