For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Jack: Do you believe that if a new referendum was held today for a new community center at an "anticipated" cost of $5,372,794.00, financed by the sale of the 2.8 acres of commercial property, the 19 building lots, and the balance financed and added to the membership assessments would pass? Would it be ludicrous to continue spending money while waiting for the results of that referendum? I have spelled out my best SWAG if this fiasco was stopped now until after a new referendum on at least two occasions on the forum, and it is one hell of a lot less than we are already over budget.
