| I didn't grow up in the inner city, but back when I was in grade school all of our playgrounds and basketball hoops and swings, etc. were all concrete. My knees have scars still on them from falling on that blessed concrete. Our school yard was fenced with chain link fencing, embedded in the concrete. HOW DID THE BABY BOOMERS EVER MANAGE TO GET THIS OLD AND STILL BE STANDING TALL? | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Joe, "I've never seen a concrete basketball court". Apparently you never lived in the inner city. Concrete courts were common in school yards and at local playgrounds in Phila. (over 40 years ago). I would assume some still exist today. Regards, Dave Paquet
