Don't you even read what you write? You wrote, "... the contract is not being made public is because it would be discovered that the doomsday penalties which are being thrown for STOPping the project at this stage are not included in the contract." I replied that no one has ever said penalties for OPA cancellation were in the contract. You then come back with SPIN about individuals splitting hairs, etc. rather than addressing what I questioned about what you wrote. Oh well. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: No one has ever said penalties for OPA cancellation were in the contract. It has been mentioned, or speculated, over and over again in messages posted on the Forum that OPA would probably have to pay a penalty if OPA canceled or terminated the contract at this stage of the project. Individuals can have at it if they want to split hairs on whether "penalties for OPA cancellation were in the contract" or "penalties for cancellation based on Maryland contract law." Either way there would be penalties. |
