For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Putting together an auction information package and a good marketing program for a commercial piece of property is turning into a much more complex project than was originally anticipated. Makes one wonder exactly what has been done to prepare the Rt. 589 property for sale during the past fifteen months. I gather then that none of the "Questions like.." were the responsibility of the auctioneer to handle? |
