| All well and good, but I would prefer to see an estimate from someone who actually read the contract AND is willing to disclose a valid estimated amount, not the claptrap estimates from Dan and Janet. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I provided an estimate some time ago and Joe Schanno gave the estimate some credence. About $1 million to $1.5 million, including the $200,000 or so OPA has spent to date, contractor's out-of-pocket expenses and lost profit on the project. |
