disclose a valid estimated amount No such thing. Ask 20 experts and you'll get 20 different answers. Having fairly extensive experience in commercial contracting, I'm probably providing as valid an estimate as you'll find. However, Bill correctly points out this is a moving target -- never downward but potentially always upward. A petitioned referendum result would not be back for about three months from now. Assuming OPA is anywhere on the schedule it touts, all the site grading would be complete, the concrete poured for the structure, and steel on the ground or on the way. Could get real expensive real fast. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: All well and good, but I would prefer to see an estimate from someone who actually read the contract AND is willing to disclose a valid estimated amount, not the claptrap estimates from Dan and Janet. |
