Don't you even read what you write?

This thread began with the following:

"It has been mentioned, or speculated, over and over again in messages posted on the Forum that OPA would probably have to pay a penalty if OPA canceled or terminated the contract at this stage of the project."

Speculation!  That says it all.  No reason for anyone to get the hairs up on the back of their necks discussing what kind of penalties, if any, are in the contract.  It's all speculation at this point.

Unless someone who has read the actual contract wishes to let those on the Forum know exactly what it contains, or perhaps post the entire contract on the Forum, everything being said about the Blades contract is nothing but speculation, best guess, conjecture, assumption, your guess is as good as mind, etc.
