For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: A current, detailed, verifiable estimate as to the total cost to rehabilitate the existing community hall. If I'm not mistaken, the time line for the referendum has already started. Would there be enough time between now and the public hearing in April to determine the above with any accuracy? Once the hearing has been held, we have only 15 days to get the information and ballots out to those eligible to vote. It takes about a week to get everything printed and ready to be mailed. Gail
