bill, that's the problem with the board they know the property is not going to sell for 5.4 million. and in the first referendum that is what we voted on . this is what i mean there is no honesty or integrity on the board , it should be included in a new vote and people should know if their assessments are going to rise again because the board might come up short 2 million. their first sales pitch was no out of pocket exspenses because the property will pay for the cost of construction. it's time to rethink the needs and wants of this community. good luck and i hope you get a couple of more people to run to take care of things the right way. because i know marines have honesty and integrity in their bones. thanks russ | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Russ, If you listened to the discussion at yesterday's board meeting, you heard where Sandusky and Cook addressed the payment issues. They are concerned that there be total openness on how we will pay for this. Problem is, the referendum question itself does not include any wording on this; it's only in the letter. The referendum question needs to be changed to address payment options. Why are they reluctant to do so? Bill |
