Having been notified by the BOD thru their attorney that you are "in continuing violation of the Declarations of Restrictions after the existence of the violation has been declared by the Board of Directors." This is not the same as a letter from ARC about a violation. FYI - last year there wasn't anyone denied the right to vote because of this restriction. Gail |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Thanks Gail. I have one more question for you on this subject. What besides not being up to date on your dues would cause a lot owner to not be in "good standing"? |
