This is a wrong approach. The right thing for the BoD to do is tell the entire story - all the pertinent facts. Then, the BoD provides its recommendations to the membership on what the BoD believes is in the best interests of the membership. To do otherwise is disingenuous. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Gene, While on the board I asked if both the pro and con information ,would or could, be included in referendum information that was sent to the owners... Answer : Only Information that supports the boards position on the referendum is sent out with the package. |
